Coming into effect on July 1, 2016, a student subclass 500 visa lets you stay in Australia for the duration of your study program, which is mostly up to five years and in line with your enrolment date. For a smooth stay, you need to ensure that your visa remains valid and that you abide by the student visa conditions mentioned on your student visa. 2. Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) visa fee : POST STUDY WORK STREAM: : This visa is for the international students who have recently graduated with a degree from an Australian institution. This visa lets you live, work and study in Australia, temporarily. STAY: Usually between 2 and 4 years, depending on your qualification. (Applicants holding a select degree may be eligible for an extended 2 year stay on their visa)
